Release Notes and News about Cyphon

Cyphon Release 1.2

We've just released Cyphon 1.2, featuring:

  • more convenient integration with Cyclops
  • new support for push notifications
  • a slimmer Docker image

Cyclops Integration

The Cyclops UI is now integrated with Cyphon, so it will start automatically when you start Cyphon — no need for a separate download! You can now easily switch between the Cyclops dashboard and Cyphon admin pages.

From the Cyclops UI, you can now jump directly to the Cyphon admin site.

Because Cyclops is now served through Cyphon's Django server, you don't need to run a separate Docker container for it. If you're using our Docker deployment, be sure to download the latest version of Cyphondock, which we've updated for Cyphon 1.2. You can read more about the integration in our documentation.

Push Notifications

We've revamped our support for push notifications and added documentation for how to enable them. Read about it here.

Slimmer Docker Image

Our Docker image is now based on Alpine Linux. Our new image is less than half the size of our old image, reducing the download time and freeing up space on your server. You can download it on Docker Hub.
